- Once you receive your order confirmation email and number, go to our website page: UPLOAD IMAGE PORTAL and upload your pet image. Higher resolution (300dpi) 4"x6" files are the best. But we can work with some smaller files.
- Your order will be crafted and sent to you or address of choice.
All sales are final. No returns. Each piece is custom created and variation of design may occur based on the image provided for reference.
