How to order:
- PURCHASE your portrait here.
- Once you receive your email confirmation and order number, login to our website page: UPLOAD IMAGE PORTAL and upload your pet image. Higher resolution (300dpi) 4"x6" files are the best. But we can work with some smaller files.
- Your order will be crafted and sent to you or address of choice.
All sales are final. No returns. Each piece is custom created and variation of design can occur based on the image provided for reference.
Processing takes 3-5 business days and is separate from shipping times. We cannot guarantee shipping times before any holiday.
